I have anxiety and ADHD so I fidget with my hands a lot, bit my nails, rip my nails off, and pick the skin on my hands till sometimes they would bleed. This has helped me fidget with the ring and not demolish my hands. It comfortable but I accidentally ordered a 9 when I’m an 8 but it worked out bc of the beads so i would say u can size up or stay ur size just don’t order a size that would be tight around ur finger bc it might be hard to move the beads. It doesn’t turn ur skin green and hasn’t faded - I have washed my hands many times and also showered with it on and we’re all good! ?Nice rings, runs very smallI normally wear an 8. I ordered a 10 just to be sure it would fit. I couldn’t get it on. The sizing is def off!
